Pressure washing and sealing. The guy knows his product and it shows! He took the time to explain what he will be doing and why. I have aggregate and regular concrete, it he made both look fantastic! I'm having my garage floor done in the fall next, and you can be sure that he will be the contractor I call. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pressure washing concrete starts at $0.19 and goes up from there. If pressure washing and sealing, prices start at $0.50 and go up, depending in sealer. Decorative concrete starts at $4.50 and goes up depending on design. It's very rare for decorative concrete to go above $6.00 per square foot with us.
