- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very situation based. It is very important to me to keep an open line of communication so there aren't any surprises during the design process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel like my job is to read people when going through design options. You can usually tell when someone gets excited about a design and that's when I really enjoy my career.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor of science in interior design. I am a member of the NKBA and ASID. I specialize in back splash design and installation but love every aspect of design.
