I had a broken lock on a 20 year old Pella door that was very complicated. I couldn't go to Lowes and get a replacement lock since it was very non-standard in size of the wholes and how the lock worked. Paul was able to order a replacement part off the internet and install it. I thought I would have to get a new door but was very happy with the repair and installation of replacement lock.

Paul answered my request right away. He came over to give me an estimate and quoted a great price. The job took three days to complete, he was on time each day and cleaned up the work area daily. Very professional and I hope to work with him again!
