We recently married and were fortunate to have Karen and Larry videotape and edit our wedding. Not only are they nice people, they are also very talented videographers. They worked well with the wedding coordinator, photographers, DJ, the wedding party and the guests. They worked ALL day and everyone was impressed with their laid back style and professionalism. Although we wanted to see the video as soon as possible, Karen and Larry assured us that it would be better to wait until after they did the majority of the editing. They were right and the video is something special that we will enjoy and pass on to our children and grandchildren to enjoy. We cannot thank them enough for this beautiful wedding video!

K&L Video Productions did an outstanding job on my niece's recent wedding! We especially loved the video highlight section and the photo montage. They were friendly and professional and we really enjoyed working with them.

K&L Productions did a magnificent job filming several events for me. The first event that they filmed and produced for me was one of my family celebrations. Everyone had high praises for K&L. Next, was a Fraternity function of which everyone that viewed the video gave their excellent praises. Last but not least was a reunion of High School classmates, and everyone was pleased with the superior videos; especially the ones that needed a little touch-up.

I cannot say enough about the quality of work provided by K&L Productions. The seemless transition between set up and close was tremendous. I expected to feel nervous or invaded by the video shoot but Larry made the filming quite comfortable for me and my guest at my special event. He has such a great sense of humor and is quite engaging. I was offered an array of options on the final product and was extremely delighted with the outcome. I would highly recommend K&L Productions for your next event...They are on point!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for our videotaping and editing services. For our wedding videos, however, we send the customer packages based upon the total number of video hours required, the number of video cameras and operators that will be needed, the time needed for post-production editing, and the number of wedding features like highlight reels, slideshows, music, credits, and special requests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial process involves getting to know the customer and getting information on the video project. After we agree on the contract terms and an initial payment is made, we shoot and edit the video. Before the video is finalized, we give it to the client for final review. We make changes as requested by the client and burn the DVD or Blue-ray Disc and/or prepare it to be shown on the Internet. Final payment is made and we confirm with the customer that there are no post-production issues regarding the audio or video.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Karen and I have earned undergraduate and graduate degrees and have backgrounds in teaching, training and legal support. Although our education does not specifically relate to video production, we have taken classes in video production and editing and have been mentored by friends in the business.
