Missed may patches of grass, didn't do any trimming around landscape edging, basketball hoop or fence leaving long grass. Left mulched grass all over landscaping

Hello Matt. My apologies that you did not receive excellent service. The first step would be to contact me with any concerns so that I can fix the issues you had. I could have had your servicer to trim.
Although your payment request was for a medium lawn and edging. Also, you indicated that mulching was fine. Please be sure to add bagging and hauling (and other add-ons) if you are unsure, and if no bagging and hauling is needed, it will be deducted with instant refund from the regular service.
