Life & Love: Couple and Family Therapy, LLC
About this pro
Life & Love: Couple and Family Therapy was founded in order to provide empathic and supportive therapy focused on the unique and varying needs of each client. We truly value the opportunities we have to work with individuals, couples, and families to help build, maintain, and strengthen the many types of relationships that play an important role in everyone's lives. I believe therapy is a healthy and effective resource to allow couples, families, and/or individuals navigate challenges, obtain self-growth, and/or build and strengthen meaningful relationships. It is of utmost importance to me that my clients feel sessions are a safe space in which they can express themselves without feeling judged or criticized. I strive to provide empathic and supportive therapy that caters to the differing needs of my clients. I believe all of my clients are fearless and able to be vulnerable, take risks, face challenges, and push for growth. Seriously- you all are awesome.
