- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50-minute therapy session for individuals, couples, families, and play is $130. A 90-minute therapy session for individuals, couples, families, and play is $190.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before setting up an appointment, I would love to talk with you and learn how I can best serve you. I offer a complimentary telephone consultation to determine if I am the best therapist for you given your specific needs. There is absolutely no obligation to make a second call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my graduate work at The Center For Healthy Families, an outpatient couple and family therapy clinic. There, I served a diverse population of families, couples, individuals, and children in the Maryland and surrounding Washington, D.C. areas. In addition to maintaining my practice, I am a therapist at the Anne Arundel County office of Family and Children Services of Central Maryland. At FCS, I provide therapy to adult and child victims of physical and/or sexual abuse. I am also Adjunct Faculty at the University of Baltimore where I teach a masters level family therapy course. Additionally, every summer I volunteer as a therapeutic grief mentor at the Hospice of Chesapeake's Camp Nabi. I am a certified facilitator of the evidence-based relationship enhancement and premarital counseling program PREPARE/ENRICH. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. Additionally, I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor candidate and an Approved Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Supervisor for the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. I provide clinical supervision to graduate students at the University of Maryland's Center for Healthy families, as well as private supervision for clinicians.
