- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Things Fencing prices project different than the typical fence company. Often in the industry, you see companies telling you cost per linear foot. Price per linear foot is made up of three components material, labor, and profit. The downside of this system is the previous projects they use to land at that number. We at All Things Fencing know that two projects are never alike and shouldn't be priced as so. We break down every project we bid to the nail to ensure you are being priced accurately and honestly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with us is fast, fun, and smooth. The first step is finding out more about your specific needs. The enables us to let you know up front if we are the company for you. Once we determine your particular needs, we will schedule you for an estimate. Don't worry we are avaible most days of the week from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, and if you need a weekend appointment we will accommodate. During the estimate, we will measure your backyard and mark the location of the fence. Once one of our sale associates has your footage and fence style they will go over pricing on the spot leaving you with a price during the estimate. If the fence is custom or special order, please allow up to 48 hours for the bid to be delivered via email. If you are comfortable with us, you can fill out a work order and get on our schedule for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Unfourtantly fencing does not have formal training programs. We are a mixture of woodworkers and hard-working individuals who pride ourselves on trying to improve our trade every day.
