- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing system. Drain cleaning starts out at $100. We start with a drainage system visual inspection then we diagnose and provide customers with a more accurate free estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honesty, Trust, Love. Those three together ensure all of our relationships are strong, happy and life long. We very rarely receive negative feedback on a customers experience. New or old, all customers are cared for in a understanding and respectful manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience. Professional and trained techs are educated in our services, even if they come with prior experience. Some of the techs have more experience than the owners.
