- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work within the budget of the client. No job is too small. Pricing depends on how complex of a job it is, and the hours it entails.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to talk over the phone to discuss the project and the needs of the prospective client. After that we use online technology to get the paperwork and any requested samples across to the prospective client to be checked out. After that I usually like to meet with the client in person to try to seal and ink the deal. If it is an event like a wedding or an event photography, I usually like to visit the location around the exact time it will be held, prior to the day of the event. This way I can do my scouting with regards to the lighting, location, travel time, etc. I prefer to do my homework ahead of time, so that I do not run into any surprises on the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in the United Kingdom. Plus studied photography at the New York Institute of Photography in the USA.
