Introduction: We look forward to meeting new people. Either helping couples to start their married lives, or any notarization needs. We are dependable, flexible and honest.
We are NNA Certified and Background Screened Signing Agents. We are mobile notaries, and ordained ministers. We will travel to locations for document or wedding services. We are commissioned Notaries in Illinois and Wisconsin.
We provide small photo packages that can include a high quality slide show, customized marriage certificates, and aerial or drone footage for weddings. Check our website for access to wedding package samples.
Notary Fee structure (based on distance from Crystal Lake, IL 60014)
$50 10 miles or less
$70 for 10-20 miles
$80 for 20-30 miles
$90 for 30-40 miles
$100 for 40-50 miles
$150 for 50-60 miles
Overnight services (between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.) will incur a surcharge of $20.
If you would prefer to travel to us the, fee is reduced by 50%, regardless of the time.
Wedding service fees do not include travel expenses.
Officiant service (vows) only- base fee is $150 Travel fee will be applied
Slide show "your photos and video" start at $50 (can be purchased alone)
Drone footage starts at $25 (can be purchased alone)
Custom marriage certificate $25 (can be purchased alone)
**Please note, wedding travel fees are basically 1/2 of the notary fees described above**
