FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair in pricing. I dont want the customer to feel like they got ripped off after i left their residence. Otherwise they won't call back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customers is very important. Basically they have a problem. They're possibly annoyed or upset and they want their stuff fixed thats it. Thats why im there to fix the problem help out and everyone's happy. Being clean in the process is extremely important. How would you like it if someone came in your house, fixed the problem but left dirt across your floor or rug??? So yeah being clean is a big concern for me. I like to treat the customer and their property as if it was me being served or my property being worked on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been trained by some bad a** dudes in the industry and an engineer that had o.c.d so everything had to be perfect. I mostly try to mimic the engineers work (ALCO MECHANICAL) cause of the quality. In the industry he is said to be the messiah. Those that know him will definitely agree. I went to colleage for engineering in plumbing and HVAC/R. Im an E.P.A certified Technician, Type Universial. But there's no training like out in the field, hands on, where i have over 6years experience. On top of that i LOVE my job and enjoy it....
