Introduction: Private/Group Tai Chi, QiGong, QiYoga, Yoga Classes Patricia first discovered yoga in 2002, while living in Chicago. After neck surgery from a cliff jumping accident, she was left looking for a gentler, low impact way to exercise. With constant traveling for work, she was lacking time for much needed meditation. She loves how yoga and tai chi have allowed her to share a moving meditation that energize the body and calm the mind. Her practice combines soulful music and meditation with Baptiste-influenced Power Vinyasa sequences that are fun, challenging, and can accommodate all levels. She enjoys assisting with poses, incorporating qigong breath exercises, and sometimes includes mini-massage, and aromatherapy in her classes. Patricia received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification at Solfire Yoga Studio in Sacramento from Diana Vitantonio in 2014. Patricia has also studied Medical Qigong with Dr. Roger Jahnke at Esalen and received her Healer Within Practice Leader Certificate through The Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in 2015. She was so enamored by the healing effects of this ancient practice that she went back to receive her Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader Certificate from the IIQTC in 2016 with Jessica Kolbe and acupuncturist Dr. Gayl Hubatch. She is also currently studying with Dr. Jahnke for another 200 hour Medical QiGong Certification to unlock more ways to help the body heal itself. Patricia is passionate about holistic healing and exploring alternative modalities to improve overall health naturally. She works in tech sales and lives in San Francisco with her sweet tuxedo kitty Oscar. She enjoys paddleboarding, international volunteer work, collaborating with her Musical Playground jam group, and inspiring others to explore their full potential. I enjoy helping people unlock the healing potential they have within themselves that they can access anytime, anywhere, without having to take any additional meds. I love that this is based on an ancient practice that has been around for thousands of years. Tai Chi is essentially slow kung fu and a form of QiGong. They can be both thought of as Chinese yoga. QiYoga combines mindful QiGong movement and powerful Yoga flow into a fun, energizing hour of breath, body, and mind. We will clear, cultivate, and circulate vital Qi energy throughout your entire body leaving you revitalized and refreshed. I also teach power vinyasa yoga and can adapt to any level. Whether it's Tai Chi, Qigong or Yoga, any of these moving meditations will calm the mind and heal the body from the inside out. I enjoy helping people get well.

I always enjoy Patricia's yoga and tai chi classes. She has so much talent, and an amazing positive, uplifting spirit that I find so encouraging. Her voice, her words and pacing put me in the perfect zen state; she's a natural. I like how with her instruction she weaves in positive feedback and inspiring words of mindfulness. Her teaching is so rich because she can teach at multiple levels: not just about the physical techniques, but also conveying the spirit and purpose behind the movements. I've used her mindfulness meditations in stressful situations at work and job interviews and found inner calm that renewed my strength and focus. I definitely recommend her for yoga and tai chi, whether in a class or private session!

Patricia is really passionate about Tai Chi, QiGong and Yoga and shows in her teaching abilities. She takes the time to explain the poses and how the poses are helpful to one's overall health and parts of the body. She has helped me with yoga and very kind with helping me correct my poses and positions (I'm a beginner). I leave her classes feeling better and more in tune with my body. I would definiltey recommend her classes.

Patricia lives and breathes wellness, it seems. Her ability to break down complex Tai Chi movements into simple and memorable steps made even this novice comfortable. When she combined it with yoga, it made for the perfect balance: both challenging and calming.
