Introduction: I am very patient with homeowners when trying to make a decision regarding color schemes, hardware, or general design ideas. I have several references that have sent me their friends and family because of my ability to complete the job exactly as they wished.
I love working with my hands. I have been doing cabinet refinishing for six years and seeing the whole process really makes me excited. It's very gratifying knowing you transformed someone's main space in their home and they are ecstatic as well.

Natalie has done many minor to major repairs and upgrades for my house in Duluth. Always great looking work, timely and affordable. No project is to big or small As she has over 6 years of experience and it shows. I've recommend her to my family all the time!

Before we hired Natalie, we spoke to Natalie and discussed our needs for the house. We explained that we needed the main floor of the house clean. This included baseboards wiped, everything dusted downstairs, vacuumed, kitchen cleaned, and our master bedroom and bathroom cleaned.
Natalie was here a total of 3 hours. Natalie told us she would be here 3-4 hours. She did not dust, did not wipe the baseboards, did not vacuum dining area, did not move mats in front of doors to vacuum or wipe down, she did not have a vacuum, kitchen cleaning supplies (had to use ours), and she was on the phone for 30 minutes during her time cleaning.
We expressed our sentiments with her and reiterated to her what we had initially asked for. She did offer to clean some more or offer a discount because we were not satisfied. I explained to her that she did not provide the services for which she advertised. We agreed on a reduced price, but I still will not use her service again. The areas which she claimed were clean were not clean. The dining room rug, floors, and mats were not clean, and the cooktop still had spots all over it which were not clean and had food crumbs on it. I would not recommend her services.
