Introduction: My experience in the inspection, home repair and Insurance adjusting business has given me experience in inspecting homes in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, New York, New Jersey, Missouri and a few States in between. Over the past twenty five years I’ve personally remodeled just about every aspect of a home including Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Flooring, Tile, Sump Pumps and everything between the foundation and the roof. When I inspect a home, whether its for a pre-sale, a prospective buyer or for a new construction move in, I enter the front door with the same thought in mind… “What would I want to know about this house before I buy it?” This attitude has served me well over the years. A note to all parties: I’m not in this business to make mountains out of mole hills. Every home has imperfections but the majority of them are often not too difficult to address. I’ll report what I find but I’ll do it in a way that educates my client and informs them of the process and what would be involved to remedy the issue.
