- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is primarily based on the profile size (amount of concrete), and complexity of pattern (i.e. cobblestone is more intricate). Most preperation is included, however extra fees may apply for removal and disposal of existing brick or concrete debris.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As part of our free consultation, we bring product samples of different profiles, colors, textures and patterns to choose from and give suggestions based on your architecture. We will measure the length and give you some options for installation. We also inspect your property for any sprinkler head or gutter issues that we need to address prior to install. Our installation process requires no heavy machinery or concrete trucks on your property and we leave your property as clean as when we arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be licensed by our corporate office, all installers must complete a one-week initial training, as well as continuing annual training events. We are required to keep strict quality control records on file with our corporate office.
