- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be tricky, because of the mammoth differences in the needs of different companies. With that being said, I try to make this system as simple and fair as possible for every client, no matter what their needs are. My prices range from $300-$2,000 based on the size of the business, expected growth from my campaigns, and the work involved in sustaining that growth. More details regarding regarding this system can be given upon request and discussed on an individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't want to say that there is a typical way, because every client is different and has different needs. I start, however, by identifying goals and setting expectations for those goals, and getting input as to what message the client is attempting to convey. Then, it is important to develop a campaign from that which is consistent with those goals and with that message. From there, it is a matter of managing the campaign to grow the pool of quality clientele and market to that clientele effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly bettering myself through marketing courses and seminars, but the bulk of my training comes from my experience. I grew up in the digital age and social media comes naturally to me, ever since I started designing my own websites at an early age. From there, a lucrative career in sales and customer service management for multiple fortune 500 companies in different markets has allowed me the insight to have a customer centric focus and understand the best way to make an impact on any clientele you may wish to target.
