The neighbor suggested this A/C specialist to me and to my surprise, he did not try to push a new unit. Rather, he found several flaws that included leaky duct work and a bad capacitor. So with a cleaning of the outside coils, my a/c was cooling at maximum efficiency. I highly recommend Prado Services to all my friends and family

Oh my goodness where do I start?!?! Mr. Andy went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him enough. If you're looking for someone who will be truthful with you, who won't try to sell you something you don't need, who will tell you all your options, who does quality work and all at a very reasonable rate then look no further Mr. Andy is your guy!! I have truly found the last ac contractor I will ever need. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he knows his stuff. He arrived within 1.5 hours of my phone call and exactly on the time he said he would. I believe He would have arrived sooner but I told him to take his time because I needed to run to the store. He was very personable and polite. I highly recommend Mr. Andy for all your ac & heating needs. He is a Christian man who does his work with such great integrity. No hype just honest hard work - I received premium work at a "cheaper than the rest" price. I really couldn't have selected a better man to service my air conditioner. He had me back in business in a few hours. In the future I won't call anyone else but him. Thanks Mr. Andy for a job well done!!

Andy came out the same day he quoted me and was here 15 min early(a good thing these days). He did a full check of my system and was the first person in 2 years to not tell me I needed refrigerant. Just in case though, he actually weighed his tank in front of me and marked it on the can! He also had the cheapest price on R-410a by a good margin. There's no pressure, no sales pitch, no unnecessary service. He recommended I replace my capacitor but was more than happy to wait as well. There were a couple things that he said might need to be investigated further but recommended to wait and observe the system first. At the end, he offered to come back and and check on those other two items for a small fee(less than his service charge) if I had concerns. Overall, I found Andy to be an excellent A/C repairman! Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing consists of a Service and Diagnostic fee which includes 30 minutes of system checking and testing for problems. The standard rate is $69. We also run promotions during fall, winter and spring saving you money off this rate. our repair prices are flat rate meaning you don't pay more than what was quoted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers meet me during the first service call. During the visit I will tell them about myself and the kinds of work we do as well as describe how we operate; low pressure, communicating well, pricing up front with absolutely no sales gimmicks. we want you as a customer for life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Air-Conditioning honors degree Doolin Technical College, 4 year electrical diploma, numerous classes and seminars relating to our trade and technology. 8 hours of continuing education annually.
