- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing consists of a Service and Diagnostic fee which includes 30 minutes of system checking and testing for problems. The standard rate is $69. We also run promotions during fall, winter and spring saving you money off this rate. our repair prices are flat rate meaning you don't pay more than what was quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers meet me during the first service call. During the visit I will tell them about myself and the kinds of work we do as well as describe how we operate; low pressure, communicating well, pricing up front with absolutely no sales gimmicks. we want you as a customer for life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Air-Conditioning honors degree Doolin Technical College, 4 year electrical diploma, numerous classes and seminars relating to our trade and technology. 8 hours of continuing education annually.
