David came out from Cypress in traffic on a Fri to replace my back door window that a thief broke out the night before. All the other companies I called to replace my window told me Tues Wed or Fri after Memorial Day Holiday (2018) . David responded immediately and drove back out to my side of town FM 1960.after finishing a job over here. The price was VERY reasonable!!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Photos and approximate measurements help give me a ball park quote. However, we rather go out in person to take exact measurements and replace the correct window. Discounts on multi window installation Credit card/Pay Pal payments - 3% processing fees will be included. We do ask for down payments on certain jobs. If we receive a check as down payment; we do not cash until job is completed. You are more welcome to take a photo copy of our license plate, driver license, and our general liability insurance policy for peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Gather information on what needs to be fixed: it can be done by sending photos and measurement through text or e-mail. However, it is always better when we go out there to measure because we can measure correctly. 1st step: Get measurement and send quote 2nd step: Once quote has been approved by all sides. We schedule installation 3rd step: installation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?David came from the union for Glaziers. He was there for 4 years and worked for several union and non-union companies. He has 8 years in the construction field mainly as a Glazier and Framer. He has a wide range of experience working with several different types of windows and glass. From Hurricane windows, bullet proof windows, single and double pane/ IG, French windows, Showers, Table Tops, Drive-Thru windows, Tempered Glass, Etc.
