- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session 90 minutes. We have a standard pricing system for our services. The cost of our sessions are as follows: • 1 session is $50. • 3 sessions for $100 • 5 sessions for $150. In addition, if you show that you currently attend a bible-believing congregation or that you are willing to do so, you qualify for a 50% discount on all pricing. However, please know that as pastors we will never turn anyone away who desires counseling and a Word from God. We understand that in a financial society fees denote value. Therefore, we charge fees to ensure our clients will take the counseling and our time seriously.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking our potential clients to complete intake and confidentiality forms. We like to review the forms prior to our initial consultation so we can assess all of the areas that we may be able to assist our client. The initial consultation is where we handle the "housekeeping" as we review the forms with the client to be sure we fully understand their needs and clearly outline what our objectives are. To ensure we are all on the same page, we discuss our meeting schedule, expectations, objectives. and keys to success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fred has an MBA and over twenty years of experience in financial services. Denise is a licensed attorney and certified in alternate dispute resolution (mediation) and active listening. Denise also trains on time management and organization. The couple has counseled/advised professionally in these areas for over twenty years. Both Fred and Denise are ordained pastors and have received counseling training and taken seminars on pastoral counseling. Further, they have been counseling in this area for over ten years.
