Josh was well-dressed and professional. He came to my home for the session and communicated well and timely with scheduling and letting me know when he would arrive. He was personable and friendly. We got through the information quickly and efficiently on Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED information as well as some tips and tricks for helping those choking or suffering from a stroke. I liked that we got through the information in a timely manner and he added in interesting facts about how to help yourself when choking and someone who is having a stroke, which I had not learned in my previous CPR class from a few years ago.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard price is $50. Either cash or card is accepted. The price is due to the quality we provide in our teaching from a nurse practitioner or exercise scientist and same day card completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone contact prior to. At the time of the course I will make sure everything is broken down easily and make sure it is very hands on since this is a life saving course.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science with a Concentration of Exercise Science. Health has always been apart of my life. I will continue my education in this area. I also will continue to teach what I know to people who are willing to learn about it.
