I really enjoy giving members of my community that are not really computer people a substantial online presence. Helping them put their business, brand or store online when they thought they couldn't do it otherwise gives the client a whole new avenue of sales potential and me the satisfaction of establishing it for them!
I love both being a part of creating it for them and making sure it authentically represents their business and their brand's message. A lot of agency's do not quite capture the small businesses identity that well without charging an arm and a leg to do it.
