Will and his 2 movers were great! They were quick & efficient they handled my items with care and packed my storage so neatly. I had a 3 bedroom apartment and a 10x20 storage. I’ll definitely be using their services again!!

I moved into my dream home and thanks to Master Movers I didn’t have to go broke trying to do it. I was nervous because with the price being so affordable, I wasn’t sure what quite to expect. Will was pleasant on the phone the couple of times that I spoke with him. However he did not follow through to confirm date and time. I spoke with him and text him per his request the requested date and time. He said that he would send the contract and never did over the course of 2 days. I had to find another mover to ensure confirmation. Perhaps if you can get your job scheduled it will work out.

I called Will, who told me to text him my pickup and delivery addresses of the move, along with my email address, which I did. He was supposed to email me the terms of agreement, which I never received. I called him, told him I never received the email, he said he would resend it. I waited 35 mins, no email. I called him again, he said he hadn't forgotten about me, that he was experiencing technical difficulties, that I would receive email by 3:00 pm. He said he could move my stuff on 06/29/18 in the mid-afternoon. I waited until 3:35 pm, no email. I called again, this time he did not pick up. I sent an SMS message, never got a response. Luckily, another company came to the rescue at the last minute, or I would have been stuck high and dry.
