FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers my time for traveling to/from the photo shoot location, the time I spend with you taking pictures, and the time I spend editing images once I'm back in my office. I often run specials that can save you money on photography sessions. Check my website (chrisgrube.com) or send me a message to check if I'm currently running any discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client and understand their needs and set expectations for what I will deliver. Typically, a quick phone conversation or an online chat session is perfect to give you an idea of what to expect from me and what I will need from you. Picking a date and location are the first two things to let me know from the start. From there, we can talk a bit more about how the photo shoot will go and how I can help you understand the process better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took photography classes in college and have many years of self-taught experience through photographing my travels, people, places, and events. I've spent many thousands of hours working with my camera and photography gear as well as using editing software to hone my skills for capturing and editing images.
