FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since lawn and landscaping work varies from job to job its really important that we understand what the job entails and the customers expectations. Based on this we have very fair and competitive pricing. We don't strive to always the cheapest price you can find however we are fair, competitive and above all honest and reliable! We are not a guy with a mower who may or may not show up. Let us show you our dependability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand my customers vision for their lawn. I have been doing this long enough to know that no two customers have the same thoughts about how they like things to be done. Some customers would rather us just take care of everything, while others like to play a role in their property needs. It's a partnership by identifying what my customer needs are allows us to be successful right from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We mow hundreds of acres of lawn each week. we handle small lawns within subdivisions and also large acreage (I think our largest right now is 20 Acres). This gives us plenty of practice and training. We also have the right commercial equipment to do the job right. This makes a big difference that sometime goes unnoticed.
