- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most prices are standard, however some prices may need to be negotiated based on distance of travel and out of scope scenarios.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me with the job needing to be completed to have an idea of the scope of work. If the scope of work cannot be clearly explained a site survey may be needed to accomplish all completed tasks requested. Next we would need to approve a scheduled date and compensation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced Cisco certified Telecommunications and Networking Specialist, I have 14+ years as a Installation and Service Field Engineer, Tier II technical helpdesk Rep, employee trainer and Quality Control representative and is currently available in the greater metro Atlanta area and Southeast Region of the United States.
