Introduction: I give high quality electrical services at half the cost of the "Big Boys" because I have very low overhead. We are licensed and insured and very experienced electricians. Our services are available same day, and we give all estimates in writing and up front. We give a lifetime warranty on our workmanship and two year warranty on parts. The technician Brandon, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time, listened to understand my electrical issues and thoroughly explained what to expect during his visit. He explained in detail his very reasonable up-front, honest pricing. He asked pertinent questions about my electrical issues as he worked to ensure they were all being appropriately addressed. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job was complete. Once complete, he conducted a complete walk-thru demonstrating that all issues were addressed and that my expectations were met. I was 100% satisfied with the work as it not only met but exceeded my expectations. I am glad that I no longer need to search for an electrical contractor as I will always call on Brandon and Family First Electrical when I have electrical issues. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

Fast initial response, highly professional, perfect fit for my project, great similar experience and added a lot of great ideas making my project far better than I had in my concept. All this and Thumbtack service it much less intrusive than other two alternative services beginning with 'home'.

We received superb service today, Brandon added an outlet over our fireplace and did a great job. He answered all questions we had and was very professional! He even gave us professional advise about mounting our TV. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I would definitely recommend Family first to my family and friends.

Called Brandon in the morning to discuss my project. He is a great guy with reasonable pricing. Also, he was able to come out to my house the day I called him. Fixed the problem for the quoted price. I will definitely call him next time I need an electrician.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have a price guide and offer free estimates with up front pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• Establish communications with the customer to evaluate project needs and set an appointment. • Call customer with eta upon which we will arrive, and evaluate the job. We will give free estimates for all work to be done. • Most jobs can be completed the same day but all scheduling is done at the customers convenience and we never leave until we've cleaned up and the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try not to stay buried in books but, I do participate in continued education classes and have taken several classes and certifications through bigger electrical organizations I have been a part of. I truly believe all the years spent in the field are the most valuable and the professionals that I have learned from can not be found in a class room.
