- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge very low, because we are in the stage of building our brand. So were at the stage where we don't have a lot of overhead to pay so we can afford to give our great services at a low cost to build a relationship with our community and our customers. We do as well offer flat rate pricing so we can give our customers options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, making a customer feel like they made the right choice hiring us, by giving great customer service. We show up on time ready to handle all of the customers needs fast and friendly. We always leave the customer happy, and satisfied with the work that my guys has performed that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone working for our company has been in the moving business for over at least 7 years. They as well as myself have put in work for other moving companies in the past, and now we brought our experiences, and customer services to Fantastic Movers LLC to make a difference in people lives.
