They made moving look easy. Nothing was damaged and everything was quick and simple. I was most impressed with how they worked with me and my schedule. Ask for Mrs.Drayton she was great.

Thumbtack had failed to schedule me with Fantastic Movers because they said that they just did not get to me, even though I had contacted Fantastic Movers when they sent a quote to me. However, it was not the fault of Fantastic Movers; it was Thumbtack who did not follow through. Fantastic Movers helped me out anyway and moved my belongings as I asked. They courteously put me on their schedule at the last minute even though it was into the night when they moved me and honored their quote. They also did not charge a travel fee to me. They worked fast and were very pleasant and friendly. They were also very careful with my belongings. I will call Fantastic Movers every time I have to move! I will also tell everyone about them! Thank you Fantastic!!! :)

I was scheduled to have movers come to my place at 11 am . By 11:15 am I decided to text the number I received my service confirmation from and I received a phone call shortly thereafter . I was told that the movers were finishing up on their last job and that they were running behind . The gentleman apologized and said that it wouldn't be much longer of a wait . By 12:30 I decided to call him back because the movers still had not arrived!! I got no answer so I decided to hire another company .... I called Fantastic movers again shortly after and finally got an answer ... it was the same gentleman telling me that the movers were still working on another job and it shouldn't be much longer , it was 12:45 at this point !! I politely told him to cancel the service and that I was hiring someone else ... he never apologized just responded with "ok that's fine ma'am " . Worst moving experience ever !!!! Super disappointed !

Wow where do I start with this so call 'company'? How did thumbstack even allow them to operate here is beyond my understanding. Heed my advice: Do not use these guys. Their other reviews must be FAKE. Here's what happened: I booked the move 1 month in advance, then proceed to contact them every week to verify. Final week until the move date, Feb 18th,2017, i called a day before and they confirmed and told me to not worry. On move day, they were supposed to be there at 9am, i called over 20 times, THEY NEVER ANSWER. 11:20am, they called back with all sort of excuses about how their truck broke down and would have to rent another truck..... I guess they think I was born yesterday.. I proceed to ask for if they would show up and they said yes but do not have the time...... I had it enough with these guys so I told them don't worry about it. The guy started cursing me out.... Just wow, i blame thumbstack. WASTED MY TIME. NEVER using thumbstack ever again and will let social media knows.

I'm sorry if a company done this to you, but Fantastic Movers does not operate that way. I don't have a record of any setting up a move with you Sir. I do apologize if any moving company do that to their customers, but sir I never booked you, and no idea of your move.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge very low, because we are in the stage of building our brand. So were at the stage where we don't have a lot of overhead to pay so we can afford to give our great services at a low cost to build a relationship with our community and our customers. We do as well offer flat rate pricing so we can give our customers options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, making a customer feel like they made the right choice hiring us, by giving great customer service. We show up on time ready to handle all of the customers needs fast and friendly. We always leave the customer happy, and satisfied with the work that my guys has performed that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone working for our company has been in the moving business for over at least 7 years. They as well as myself have put in work for other moving companies in the past, and now we brought our experiences, and customer services to Fantastic Movers LLC to make a difference in people lives.
