They were very professional and efficient...I explained what I wanted done and within a few hours it was done. I would recommend them to my fellow business owners. I will be using their services again in the near future.... They have found a life long customer in Family connextions

The job was a house cleaning for my 3 bedroom 2 bath home that I was having carpeting installed in.
No one ever showed up and I could not get an answer or response from Loretta.
It's very sad that these days people aren't very concerned about providing good customer service.
I feel like the entire experience was a complete waste of time and now I have Professionals coming to put down carpet and who is going to come out on a Sunday! ?
I'm stuck doing this by myself and I'm not physically able, I'm terribly hurt by people's actions and the way they have no reguard for other's time and feelings!
But, This is the world we live in,
Don't waste your time like they've wasted mine..
