What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a discovery call and learn about YOUR business first. We need to know everything that there is about your business in order to effectively help you with your strategic marketing assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our engineers and architects are certified in their programming language and all of our executives have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Our executive staff has over 40 years combined experience in the technology and marketing industries.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started with a passion and a breadth of knowledge. Turned into a successful business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just completed a complete re-design and software integration for a major automotive company in Texas. It took 9 months and now that company has an integration solution to reach every employee and customer all over the world.
We also just finished creating a strategic marketing plan for a small business in Ventura, CA and that small business has already generated enough ROI to completely finance the entire marketing budget spent on the strategic marketing plan in less than 3 months!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do your research and be ready to answer in-depth questions about your business. Be prepared to share P&L info and budget info. Transparency and trust is the foundation of any business relationship. Especially a business relationship with us, because we don't think of ourselves as a vendor, but as an extension of your team.
