FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat fee for our services. This means that we'll work with you to understand the nature of your situation up front and then quote you a fair fee. You won't have to worry about hourly legal fees and being nickel-and-dimed for every court appearance. We typically split our fees into a non-trial fee (which cover all resolutions short of setting the case for trial) and a trial fee (which only applies if you decide to set your case for trial). That way you pay for exactly what services you need - and no more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free 1 hour consultations with Mr. Howard. When we set up that consultation, our staff will discuss your situation with you on the phone to gather basic information to help make sure your consultation is as productive and helpful as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and my Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Since beginning my legal practice, I have handled literally thousands of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, including capital murder where the state sought the death penalty.
