- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For undefined projects and scopes of work, I bill an hourly rate of $100 per hour. For well-defined scopes of work, I am happy to quote a flat fee. However, to do this, the deliverables, expectations and required rounds of feedback/revisions must be clearly defined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'll sit down and discuss the assignment so there is a clear understanding of the expectations, process, deliverables and timing. During this meeting, I'll typically explain what I'm looking for in a client and how I prefer to work. For example, with me, you will get always a point-of-view based on my experience and understanding of your landscape.
