- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two jobs are the same... So a customer sometimes doesn't know that if you call me and give me a few details on whats entailed you may end up paying 40% off what the pricing may state!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm flexible and i believe communication is everything for all parties, being on the same page and patience will lead to successful results.
