Introduction: If you’re actually reading my bio then hopefully you have some idea what coaching is or at least you’re interested to find out. Either way, you’re trying to determine if I’m the coach that you should work with. So let’s talk about what it’s like to coach with me. The first thing you should know is that I love to work with clients who align with my values. - Unconditional HONESTY - Intense ACCOUNTABILITY - Intentional AWARENESS - Emotional COURAGE I’m all about helping you connect with your self & the world around you. So everything we do is going to be focused through the lens of that particular conversation. But let’s be clear. This is Not Your Mama’s Coaching. I’m a high performer. I work with high performers or people looking to become high performers. Which means some of this process is going to be intense and uncomfortable for you. I can promise that you are going to grow, beyond what you thought was possible. Because I’m going to push you past your limits, I will not be more committed to your success than you are, and at times you’re not going to like me. But, I promise that, if you come willing/ready to work, you can have, be, or do whatever you want in life. You can create the mindset, relationships, body, business, and life that you really want. I’m a people person. I love two things, above all others, people and food. LOL. I get energized by connecting with people on a deeply personal level. It’s the part of my business that I love the most. Especially because real coaching isn’t focused on me, or my expertise, rather it’s about me being totally focused on helping you figure out what’s best for you. Whether you realize it or not, you actually have the answers inside of you. My job is to live in that gray/subconscious area with you. That’s where all the really important answers are. It’s the place where all of the questions you haven’t answered, or may not have even thought to ask are. I’m knee-deep in it, with you, helping you figure it all out.

What I liked most about working with Mr. Harrigan of L.I.V.E Now Life Consulting is: He was very focused, and while I was guilty of scope-creep, he was able to consistenly and effectively bring me back into focus, so that our sessions would ultimately be productive. He was always available to meet with me within a more than reasonable amount of time when I had questions outside of our regularly scheduled meetings. Because of my work with him, I was able to make significant changes that helped improve my personal and professional circumstances.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my pricing for Thumbtack is session-based. My normal pricing is package based. My clients typically work with me for longer periods of time, because they want sustaining results. Also, they tend to become excited once they've seen themselves tackle a "situation" that was important to them, and want to work on what's next in their lives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My intake process is really convenient for new clients. You'll receive a Welcome Packet in your email, along with a video, that explains Coaching with me (What it is, what to expect, how we work together, homework, & money), a quick questionnaire & assessment, and the Coaching Agreement. This allows us to start on the same page and helps the client clarify a good starting place for our coaching. We'll talk (face-to-face/video chat) about your expectations (and any apprehension) answer questions, and start by establishing trust between the two of us. Once we've agreed that we're a good fit, then we coach! This is the fun part. And the great thing is, I set aside time for you so I can focus on your needs. We create a safe space for you to share anything you want. And I mean anything. Nothing is off limits. I've seen it all, heard it all, and probably done most of it myself. This is a JUDGEMENT-FREE ZONE. It's all confidential. (don't worry, it's written in the contract. My lips are sealed.) And the cool thing is Coaching Isn't Therapy. Think of it as The UnTherapy! (I guess that would make me The Un-Therapist) If the idea of therapy bothers you, then coaching is for you. If you really want to make sure the past doesn't stop your future, coaching is for you. If you're ready to actually be that person, do those things, and have that life then coaching is for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been coaching/consultant for over seven years. I am ICF Certified and I am receiving my Master's Degree in Leadership & Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.
