FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With nutritionist & trainers, you pay for quality. It's easy to get certified but few trainers actually live and understand a fit lifestyle, let alone can teach others. I charge a flat rate for online coaching (internet personal training) and an hourly rate per session with my personal training (in person) with my knowledge and experience on top of how well I can translate it to my clients, See my profile photos section for more on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Personal Training (in person) - Set up a phone call to go over your goals, make sure logistics work and set up a time to meet. - Train in person at a location we agree on. For Online Coaching (internet personal training) - Set up a phone call to go over your goals. - I'll send you a questionnaire to dig in more about your history, goals, lifestyle and food preferences. - I plan everything for you within 3-5 days from scratch. The nutrition, training, cardio and supplement plan. - We check in weekly so I can see how your body is responding and adjust as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
