Introduction: My name is Kellie Free and I am the founder of Recover & Heal Mobile Massage Therapy and Intuitive Healer. I am a nationally certified massage therapist and a member of the (AMTA) American Massage Therapist Association.
I graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy in Santa Ana, Calif.
My decision to choose massage therapy as a career came from life events that heightened my need for healing in all areas of her own life. I had been living for some time with an old back injury, while personally and emotionally everything in my life was shifting and changing. I was dealing with mental fatigue, physical discomfort and emotional stress.
Through my own recovery and healing process, I wanted to find a more holistic approach to the healing process—one that was gentle and kind to both body and spirit.
I truly believe that “self-care or self-love" is where all healing begins. Mind, Body and Spirit, if one aspect of your life is compromised, it puts stress on the others. In other words, they are all connected and reliant upon one another. What I love and am so passionate about are the vast healing benefits massage therapy can offer.”
Not only do I enjoy and love the work I get to do, It is a humbling and rewarding experience as a massage therapist, to be able to help you facilitate your own recovery and healing process.
