Introduction: Breaking Chainz Project, Inc. (BCP) is a registered non profit 501(c)3 agency offering Coaching Services via video, in person, or over the phone to individuals, couples, and families ages 18 and up. We are located in the state of Virginia. BCP was founded in 2016 and is built on 3 core values: Healing, Happiness, and Wholeness. Our coaching is set apart from others as we work on a short-term base with our clients to deal with the core problem preventing goals and aspirations from being attained. For those who do not live in VA, we do offer coaching via over the phone/video. For individuals and families in Virginia, we are also available to travel to meet your need.

When I first came to thumbtack I wasn’t sure what to expect and was even a little skeptical. I reached out to Robyn with a couple of issues that I was dealing with. She was professional and took these matters seriously. Above all I felt comfortable working with her. It was if I’d known her for a long period of time even though we’ve only had a couple of sessions. Although we've just started I can feel a sense of ease with expressing myself. I don't feel rushed or forced when speaking with Robyn. I'm excited to see what this journey will bring for me. I am open and willing to try some of her reccomendations and challenging myself with new task. I think everyone should have some sort of emotional support in their lives just to help them mentally. Finding someone that is right for you is hard but I find that Robyn is very easy to speak to and she makes it seems as though you guys already had a connection prior. I do recommend her services, as you never know what you will gain :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are per session only. I rarely offer packaged prices. Should a customer refer another customer to me, they will receive 20% off 1 session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an individual or family reaches out to me. I will schedule a 30 minute free consultation where we will see if we are a good fit for each other. Once consultation is complete, I will send documentation to the family or individual to outline to process of coaching. Once the individual or family signs the documentation, we will schedule a day to begin services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also have a Bachelors Degree in psychology.
