What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are NEVER any fees to work with us. We'll be your tenant, sign a lease and pay a security deposit just as any other tenant would.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would need to inspect the property to make sure it fits our guidelines. Once your home is approved, we pay you a security deposit and first month rent and sign a 6-12 month lease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 homes and owners throughout Florida that we work with. We also own a separate Real Estate company, hold a Broker license and have been Realtors for 17 years.
