- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things simple. With fixed, up front monthly billing for your monthly bookkeeping services there’ll be no nasty billing surprises, and you can select the plan that’s the perfect fit for your budget and your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we’ve begun the onboarding process, we’ll convert and import your existing records into our systems. If you have no existing information, we’ll start a fresh, new file for you. There is no additional cost for important data and we establish a secure method of sharing files and securing data. We’ll send you a list of items that needed—such as bank statements and receipts—which are dependent on your chosen services. If your team accompanies you, we’ll establish a secure, universal method for sharing logins through lastpass.com or passpack.com
