I hired Ken McKinnon to install windows at a home we are putting on the market this month. He and his crew are top notch. The work was done as planned and Ken and I agreed on a price that made me very happy. I would work with Ken again in the future and refer him to my family and friends.

Very great responsiveness on Thumbtack and came out right away to give a quote. Very slow responsiveness after that. No clear communication of project plan and timelines. Missed two quoted timelines that we agreed upon and then just stopped responding. Dragged us along for most of the spring hoping that we would make it work. Wasted a lot of time we could have hired someone else and been well on our way to having our deck. Also, not truthful about communication with city inspectors AND supplies orders. Very concerning.
