- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give all my customers a fair price. By fair it doesn't mean the cheapest. I'm in business to make a profit. I value mine and my clients time more than anything else. We solve problem with the least amount of headache possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects have the same process. We write up a detailed quote and if you accept it, sign and return.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started about 13 yrs old helping my father on weekends, summer and winter breaks. We work on mainly commercial. Churches, banks, and other projects at Stone Mountian Park and The Atlanta History Center.
