Had some water damage due to a frozen pipe. GHIR did a great job with mitigation and the rebuild. Would use them again.

I hired GHIR for a front porch/front yard remodel. Wes Wiggins, the owner, was great in helping with the design aspects of this job. I can't describe enough how happy my wife and I were with the overall project. We plan on using GHIR for all of our upcoming projects as we remodel other areas of our 18 year old home. GHIR has been a God send for us and we are happy to spread the word as well as look forward to our other projects/

GHIR completed 2 jobs for me. First they put on a new roof. The work was started and finished on time, on budget and I was left with a beautiful new roof and a clean exterior. Not a nail in sight. Second they did a master bath renovation for us. We gave a basic idea of what we were looking for and they far exceeded our expectations with the details, quality of products and craftsmanship. They arrived every day on time and left everyday with a tidy workspace. We are beyond impressed and happy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a design fee that will be included in your proposal if you choose to use our designer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get in contact with you to set up an appointment for one of our team members to come out to your job site. From there our team will provide you with quality customer service, retrieve measurements, and help you come up with a design plan. We would then submit a proposal to you for you to sign and submit back to us. We provide a system that makes this process very quick and easy for you as a homeowner. After you approve the proposal our project manager will make sure your job process flows smoothly to the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a certified national general contractor that has the education and training for us to perform to your needs and make sure your home is done to code. We have been in the construction industry for over 20+ years. By law we are state licensed and insured and we make sure everything is done according to the law.
