- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a design fee that will be included in your proposal if you choose to use our designer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get in contact with you to set up an appointment for one of our team members to come out to your job site. From there our team will provide you with quality customer service, retrieve measurements, and help you come up with a design plan. We would then submit a proposal to you for you to sign and submit back to us. We provide a system that makes this process very quick and easy for you as a homeowner. After you approve the proposal our project manager will make sure your job process flows smoothly to the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a certified national general contractor that has the education and training for us to perform to your needs and make sure your home is done to code. We have been in the construction industry for over 20+ years. By law we are state licensed and insured and we make sure everything is done according to the law.
