My furnace went out a few days before Christmas (stupid mistake on my part where I improperly wired a replacement thermostat). I'm typically handy, but couldn't figure out the extent of the damage so I called Georgia HVAC on Saturday morning. David called me back right away and asked me to explain the situation and told me exactly what to test myself to confirm his suspicions as to what was damaged. He offered to order the part and come out and replace it if I wanted since they didn't have it in stock, but I said I'd be able to do that myself and he was more than happy to just have helped me diagnose the issue and also suggested a workaround to get my heat up and running while I wait for the new part to arrive. I don't want to say that Georgia HVAC saved Christmas for my family, but it sure wouldn't have been as fun without any heat this year!
