- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first initial meeting will include us meeting, discussing your goals, health history, and past exercise experience. Once we've established that you're ready to train, you'll be taken through some flexibility and mobility assessments to view how efficiently you can move. We then take your results and customize your very own personal program to help you reach your goals, all while being pain free. Most importantly, having fun while doing it!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally used to weigh 315 pounds in 2014. I couldn't move out of bed in the morning because my back pain and sciatica was so bad. I finally decided it was time to make a change. So I started losing weight, working on strengthening the weak muscles, and flexibility of the tight muscles. 7 months into my journey I could start living and moving without having back pain flare ups. Flash forward today, I'm in zero pain and I have more energy. Fitness saved my life, and it can save yours.
