M2 customize routines to help me to meet my goals. I tend to get bored easy and Megan changes up my exercise routine to keep me engaged. She's only one text message away for any questions I may have and checks in on me on a regular basis. I've lost 28 lbs. since I started and now I feel more energized and healthier.
