- Call customer to understand the scope of work and schedule a free estimate - Send confirmation email - Confirmation call day of estimate - Meet customer, measure and provide estimate on the spot - After customer books their project, we send email explaining "Next Steps" - Our office calls to tentatively schedule project - 1st day of project, Estimator or Production Manager meets Customer and Job Site Supervisor to make introduction and review the scope of work - Job Site Supervisor starts project - Job Site Supervisor provides daily updates - Job Site Supervisor completes final walk with Customer
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Alan Phillips and I am the owner of CertaPro Painters of Northeast Wisconsin. I run my business with a very simple, yet important philosophy. Take care of the customer and long term growth and profits will follow. I realize that hiring a contractor is not an easy decision and that most people have had bad experiences with contractors. The reason I chose CertaPro Painters as a business to purchase was because of the unique approach to customer care, quality, integrity & honesty. Before purchasing my CertaPro franchise, I was with a major medical device company that prided itself on customer service and always doing the right thing for the patient. In my nearly 7 year tenure with that company I moved all over the Midwest. with increasing roles in responsibility. The need to get back closer to family to raise our three children is what prompted me to purchase a CertaPro franchise. When I’m not hard at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Amy and the kids (Kaija, Kaleb and Liam). Amy and I met while I was living in Green Bay for work. As a family, we enjoy supporting the Green Bay Packers, traveling, snow and watersports.
