- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to the customer and get a general feel on what there concern is. Try to work one on one with the customer and resolve any issues to the best of my ability.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started straight out of high school. Started in the cell tower industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different kinds of people. Football players-doctors-lawyers-and many other normal people. And NO the price does not reflect on how big a home is or the type of neighborhood. Fair price is fair price. Not out to make a million just a living.
