Introduction: I teach vinyasa flow style for beginners to more advanced students of all ages, My work is focus in Breath awareness linked to the postures and refined aligment, I set up classes in a creative way to help my students staying motivated to practice often and maintain a strong and injury safe yoga practice. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my experience with yoga teaching by making a fun and relaxing experience for others, I like to incorporate nice music to the flow of class and also aspects of restorative yoga poses.

I was new to yoga when I started with Yajaira about 2 years ago. She was able to guide me through learning the poses correctly while also keeping the more advanced yogis on track. She knows her stuff and has a wonderful kind and calm energy about her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Prices vary for private Yoga/getting specific/personalized attention to flat rate at a group class setting at a local yoga studio and donation base class outside by the park or beach!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to do Assessment on what current skills they have, injuries or areas they like to strengths or rehabilitate. Focus on specific needs of the new or more advance yoga practitioner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a Yoga anatomy class to help me refine my knowledge on body mechanics and to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation. Im also certified in Yoga sculpt thru Core power Yoga. I did six months of Life coaching and GIM (Guided imaginary therapy) on myself to keep me focus on what my purpose is for teaching Yoga to others and always keep on learning about it too.
