Kirsten dealt with a lot of calls from us, and my wife and I were quite needy and she handled us with class 100% of the time. A lot of back and forth with our seller and she was on top of the negotiations very promptly every time. The Bee realty system makes everything signable through your phone too which is great. Kirsten worked around my work schedule and in my opinion when above beyond to help us find a place. Will use her again next time we need to move.

Buyers, I am FREE! I work completely for free with no contracts. I get paid by the sellers, once we have closed on your property and keys are in your hand! Sellers, I have competitive pricing. I work on a team of 5, so you get 5 people for the same price others would charge you just one. My team structure ensures you receive unbeatable customer service, there's always someone to answer your questions and constant marketing strategies are able to be implemented. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I help from start to finish. We will find out together exactly what qualifications are the most important to you. I will send you properties that meet those needs and wants. I also can help you find a lender you can work with, as I have worked with many and know the ones that can get the job done. From there we start visiting and narrowing down exactly which property will be perfect for your next home. When then make an offer and if it's accepted I am able to help you through the contract requirements and timelines.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida in Event Management. This degree helped me understand business techniques with a focus in hospitality. Real Estate and Hospitality have many commonalities but most importantly the focus is on the customer and making sure their needs and wants are meet. I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
