- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?our pricing is based on a percentage of the prevailing wage in our area for labor. Discounted slightly to account for lower wage areas. Most repeat clients find that our efficiency makes us well worth the expense at the end of the day. My team prides itself on how physically hard they work. We are often told we work like machines :), and thats what you should expect from your movers. We get a break when its time to drive to the next location you wont see us take breaks at your expense!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?i call back within 24 hours of receiving a call text or email, I work along side with my crew most of the time so i return calls at the end of a workday. I explain our procedure and hopefully prevent them from doing any unneccesary work. Then we book an arrival time and date. On the day of the service we call to confirm we still have green light status and inform you of our arrival time. We HAVE NEVER MISSED a moving appointment since our start as M.S. Property Management! Its crucial to our survival in the market as we are ranked and reviewed in the marketplaces in wich we receive work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Trained in the Uhaul university and on the job for over 6 years now.
