- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job that we quote is unique in many different ways, we don't set a standard price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of the process, is speaking with the customer. What are their needs? What kind of fence are they looking to have installed. Then from there, I ask them what a good time would be for me to come out and take a look at the job, take some measurements. And usually depending on the materials they choose, I can quote the job on site.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers. For example, I once had a hispanic gentlemen, call and ask for a price on a fence for his home. He didn't speak much english, so I suggested we email each other, and there I was able to translate my emails in to Spanish for him.
